ESA is seeking a skilled industrial equipment Service Technician for employment at their Charlotte, NC location. The Service Technician role is responsible for full spectrum service and support of a variety of industrial air compressors, air dryers, associated systems and accessories. The Service Technician role will perform field support activities, troubleshooting, performance evaluation, maintenance and installations of compressed air systems to ESA customers throughout the Carolinas. The Service Technician interacts daily with customers to provide solutions and support across a wide range of complex mechanical and electrical issues. Send resumé to email@example.com.

Be able to self manage and prioritize and complete tasks as expected.
Demonstrate efficiency with all resources including time, effort, and finances.
Be open to other’s perspectives and sensitive to their individual situation.
Be mentally quick and able to set a path forward and execute effectively against it.
Be able to grasp the larger picture and understand how to pull resources together to get the job done.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Processing and documenting sales
Sourcing parts and processing orders
Supporting the ESA team
Experience in a high demand customer service role is preferred.
Working knowledge of compressed air terminology is preferred.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
