Announcing ESA's All New
Air Shield Preventative Maintenance Program

The Air Shield Program is a systematic approach to ensure your equipment performs better, has extended life and reduced downtime. It consists of 4 scheduled service visits per year. These visits begin with an intensive annual service event where the machine is prepared for a year of reliable production. After our technician has completed the annual service event, 3 additional scheduled service events will occur throughout the year where a manufacturer certified service technician will inspect the machine and conduct routine maintenance.

What is the program?

  • Annual preventive maintenance program

  • 4 scheduled service visits per year

  • Manufacturer certified technicians perform system maintenance and assess system health on quarterly, semi-annual and annual service visits

  • Every service year begins with an annual service event designed to maintain reliable operations

  • Program is designed around manufacturer recommended maintenance and warranty specifications

  • Supports maximum production rates even in high run rate environments

Why Air Shield?

  • 80% of equipment downtime can  be avoided through preventive maintenance programs

  • Preventive maintenance costs less than reactive service events

  • ESA uses computerized maintenance management systems to monitor and maintain your service schedule

  • To ensure seamless coverage of your system’s service requirements we will schedule your service events and simply check in with you before each event

  • Material costs are locked in for the year and are not subject to manufacturer price increases
